How it works
What counts as a qualified meeting?
Every meeting we book meets four criteria, agreed with you before anything goes out: the company matches your ideal customer profile, the person matches one of the personas you sell to, they have a need from the list we agree with you, and they're looking to act inside the window we agree. Every booking is supplied with the call recording, a summary, the evidence against each criterion and pre-meeting talking points for your seller, including the objections likely to come up.
Where do AI agents come in, and where do humans?
Five AI agents do the work your prospects never see, each with its own job: Genie builds your strategy, Rees researches every account, Cleo writes and runs your email and LinkedIn campaigns, Ayda scores engagement and reports what's working, and Benny gets your BDR ready for every call. We review and sign off all of it before anything goes live, and once a prospect engages, one of our BDRs takes over.
Will automation make us look spammy?
The automation does the work your prospects never see. Everything they read, you've signed off, and everything they hear is a person. We warm new mailboxes before anything is sent, keep sending volumes low, and only call people who have already engaged.
Who makes the calls?
An experienced BDR who works on your account and spends their time on conversations with your future customers, not on admin.
Working together
Who do you work with?
UK B2B SMEs and mid-market companies where a conversation moves the sale: software and tech, but equally manufacturing, hardware, health and safety and other considered B2B sales. Typically the people who should be selling are also filling their own diaries, or the next hire is a BDR.
How soon do calls start?
After two weeks of onboarding. We agree your strategy and list in week one and build your sending infrastructure in week two, and you sign off each step. In week three your campaigns go live and we start calling the people who engage.
How much of my time will it take?
More during onboarding: one half-day session a week to review, sign off and plan the week ahead, no more than a day of your time in all. Once we're running, it drops to about 45 minutes a week, spent on meetings in review and what to change next.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many qualified meetings you need. Use the tool on our Is Vocara right for you? page to see your monthly price, your cost per meeting and what it should return.
Is it cheaper than hiring a BDR?
Sometimes hiring is the better choice, for example if you're building a team of several and already have the infrastructure and someone to manage them. Our Hiring vs Vocara page compares the two on your own assumptions.
Can you work alongside our own BDRs?
Yes. Some teams use us alongside their own BDRs to test a new market, message or product.
Data
What happens to our contact data?
It stays yours. We never reuse it for anyone else, and when we stop working together it's returned to you or deleted.
